These Terms cover your use of Opulist’s waitlist, website, and apps (the “Service”). By signing up or using the Service, you agree to them. If you don’t, please don’t use the Service.
Who can use Opulist
You need to be at least 13 years old. If you’re under 18, your parent or guardian needs to be okay with you signing up.
Your account
You’re responsible for keeping your sign-in link and login details to yourself. Don’t share your email magic link with anyone — it’s a key to your account. If something looks off, email support@opulist.app and we’ll help.
What you can do
Use Opulist to find places, save them, share with friends, and contribute thoughts when invited. Don’t use it to spam, scrape, impersonate someone else, post hateful or illegal content, or break anyone’s privacy.
Content you give us
Anything you post or send (a name, a place, a note, a referral) stays yours. You give us permission to display, store, and process it so we can run the Service. You can delete it any time by removing it in-app or asking us to.
Things that change
We might update these Terms as the product grows. If we make a meaningful change, we’ll tell you by email or a banner before it takes effect. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the update.
Things we can’t promise
We try hard to keep Opulist running well, but the Service is provided “as is.” We don’t guarantee it will be available all the time, that listings will be perfectly accurate, or that nothing will ever go wrong. Where the law allows, our liability is capped at the greater of $50 or what you’ve paid us in the past 12 months.
Ending things
You can delete your account at any time. We can suspend or end access if someone abuses the Service or breaks these Terms. If either happens, the parts of these Terms that should sensibly survive (like content rights and liability) survive.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes go to the state or federal courts located there.
