A miner's cottage built in 1883 on Hopkins Avenue stands as one of Aspen's oldest structures, meticulously restored into a warm tavern with reclaimed wood floors, wood-paneled walls, and banquette seating.

The crisp white Carpenter Gothic exterior gives way to an exhibition kitchen visible from intimate booths, while the original fireplace anchors the lively bar and a brick patio with landscaped garden extends into summer al fresco dining.
