The current journey and cocktail menu draws inspiration from immigration to New York City and the emergence of the boroughs against the backdrop of 1924. Featuring flavors inspired by iconic dishes associated with these ethnic groups, the cocktails are crafted to tell a tale of prohibition, often described as "the great social experiment". Through this menu, unfolds the narrative of powerful women who rose to prominence during the Roaring Twenties, earning the title: “Queens of New York” By booking a ticket (i.e., making a reservation), travelers will embark on a 90-minute journey, with your host Hollis Cottley Pennington, the powerful railroad tycoon and bootlegger.
