The Pinedale, Wyoming-based coffee roasting company opened its second brick-and-mortar retail location in Boise’s West Downtown neighborhood May 2023, offering 900 square feet of interior space, a spacious outdoor area and two fire pits for cozying up with hot drinks.

In Boise, the new Pine shop is outfitted with custom-made furniture and wood surfaces, including pieces from local firm Iron & Timber and a bar top and table tops made by Cody and his wife Maddie Hamilton. Bar stools and table bases came from Grand Rapids Chair Co.
