Restaurant Openings Image 2 Eel Bar comes to the Lower East Side in New York - a Basque restaurant serving tapas and classic cocktails. Frena, a modern Middle Eastern restaurant in Hell’s Kitchen recently opened, bringing fresh, bright decor and vibes with it. Set in Grand Central Terminal, Grand Brasserie NYC just opened and very much lives up to its “grand” descriptor. Located in Hotel Van Zandt in Austin, TX, the cocktail bar Brass Poppy will be making its debut in mid September. Venice Beach’s newest restaurant is Paloma, a Mediterranean-inspired gem with lovely indoor and outdoor seating. The newest Toca Madera just made its debut in Houston, TX.
